| 代表性学术成果

2018年9月,在CELL期刊发表《甲羟戊酸通路是新的疫苗佐剂制药靶点》的药学研究论文,并揭示详细的分子机制。基于甲羟戊酸激酶缺乏症这一罕见病,我们首次提出并证实甲羟戊酸通路是可以作为佐剂开发的代谢通路,作用于该通路的疫苗佐剂在小鼠流感、癌症模型中显示出较现用铝佐剂更好的保护效果。
